Kim was an absolute life saver by luckily having availability with only a few days notice for a defects liability period inspection (the official name I learnt from Kim for what I was terming the ‘after handover’ inspection 🤣). She really took the time to go through and check everything, including specifics that I had wanted clarified. She provided a great run down of all the things she found so that I with no building experience could understand!! I totally should have used this service to check things through the whole build! And even better, she had the report to me with photos and all, literally straight after the appointment; how’s that for top notch efficiency!! And as a local to Gippsland she knows most of the site managers so she has a great reputation with them and they know she is good at what she does!! If you’re not sure about having a building inspector check things I’d 100% say it’s completely worth it, and I’d 1000% recommend Kim and Glasgow building inspections!

The report was thorough, detailed and completed with great care and attention to detail. In addition there were many recommendations and suggestions on the best way to remedy minor issues found. The report was emailed immediately following the inspection on site, and Kim offered the option to discuss the report over the phone, which I was very happy to be able to do.
