Trading Terms and Conditions
An inspection between the Client and Glasgow Building Inspections is agreed on the confirmation of the booking. The confirmed booking will include the type of inspection and the associated fee.
The confirmed booking will be a one or a combination of verbal, written (text or email) and invoice.
➢ Payment required on the day of the inspection, prior to the results / reports.
➢ Payments can be made by EFT, bank transfer, Cheque or Cash.
➢ All Companies engaging Glasgow Building Inspections have a seven (7) day or thirty (30) day invoicing agreement.
Cancellation Policy:
Inspections that are cancelled within 24 hours of the confirmed booking time, will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total invoice.
